Laurent is the Founding partner and CEO of InnerEdge Oy, which provides specialized coaching for Scaleup Founders. A business coach since 2017 with a professional background in market research and advertising, Laurent lived in South-East Asia for 20 years where he managed businesses with up to 150 employees across three countries. Laurent brings a global perspective and a unique vision to the leadership journey. He's also a trainer of mentors and a CrossFit enthusiast. He's been living in Finland since July 2019.

Before her current role, Salla was a founder herself for almost a decade.
Virpi KytönenCOO, Meedius International
Virpi Kytönen serves as Chief Operating Officer and Director of International Services at Meedius International, where she oversees day-to-day operations while also driving the development and delivery of client-facing services in Finland and abroad. In her dual role, she manages international media monitoring and reporting services, oversees partner relations, and is responsible for sales, outsourcing, profitability, and customer relations.
With extensive experience as a team leader, project manager, and production manager, Virpi has led cross-functional and cross-border projects throughout her career. She has managed multicultural teams of more than 20 professionals across Europe and Asia, including a media analyst team in Shanghai, with full responsibility for business planning and operations. She continues to build on the global network of partners she first established in media monitoring and outsourcing. Virpi holds a Master’s degree in Translation and Interpretation from the University of Turku, specializing in French and Spanish, with English as her minor, and also has a background in foreign trade.
